Gary and Mari Phillips have subdivided 51 acres of property adjacent to Dabob Bay into 7 lots (between 2.3 and 4.3 acres each) for homes, and a 30-acre open space area to be owned in common by lot owners.
A conservation easement has been created to protect, in perpetuity, sensitive areas along the shore and stream corridors a well as an archaeological site.
Timber resources in the 30-acre open space had been logged and replanted by Philips, and will be managed by the Home Owners Association and Jefferson Land Trust as a productive forest.
