Eleven residential parcels located on the margins of the property share the central open space pastures, which are protected by a conservation easement.

The protected area can be used for trails and pasture, although horses will be restricted from the central wetland areas during the wet seasons.

Owners' Intent

Preserve the 23.56 central wetland/pasture area of the subdivision for open space and equestrian/agricultural use.
