This conservation easement protects 3 acres of high bluff waterfront along Discovery Bay. This natural buffer will be permanently preserved between the marine environment of Discovery Bay and the limited residential development permitted under the terms of the conservation easement. Trees may not be cut or vegetation disturbed within the buffer area, and no more than two homes may be constructed within the seven acres affected by the easement.
